So I've seen a screenshot from the anime with a building called "Kaiba Hotel".
Okay, seriously what line of work does Seto do? xD
The following conversation was inspired by that screenshot.
I didn't have a reference for Zigfried so I just drew him like in my memory.
His hair is longer and his suit looks a little bit different. Just say some time has passed. :'D

Zigfried: "Is this how you greet an old friend of yours?"

Seto: "We. Have. Never. Been. Friends!!!"

Leon: "What are you doing there, Nii-chan?"

Mokuba: "Nii-sama! Stop treating our guests like that!"

Seto: "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!"

Mokuba: "Oh, I forgot to mention, did I?"

Seto:: "The older they grow the more devious they get..."

Leon: *giggles*

Seto: "Anyone cares to explain?"

Mokuba: "Leon and I are working on a project and it's easier if he comes over to us. Otherwise he would have to come over everyday and this would take too much time. So he is gonna stay here for a while."

Leon: "Please forgive the inconvience, Kaiba-san."

Seto: "That still doesn't explain why Zigfried is here."

Zigfried: "Oh, well~ I couldn't probably leave my little brother in the claws of a dragon. And I heard the Darjeeling tea of the Kaiba Corporation would be one of the best in the world. ♥"

Seto: "Damn, this isn't an hotel!"
